Every script on nvk.tools was created by
Nick von Kaenel, a sound designer and audio director with over a decade
of experience in game audio. With this experience comes a
deep understanding of the needs of game audio
professionals. His combined passion for Reaper and
improving workflows has led to the creation what he hopes
are the best Reaper scripts for game audio.
History
What began as a personal endeavor eventually grew into a
free offering to the game audio community. The growing
demand for specialized features and support led to the
inception of nvk.tools. Since then, nvk.tools has grown
steadily, with new scripts and features being added
regularly.
Values
The goal of nvk.tools is to help others in the game audio
community by providing tools that make their lives easier.
Through the use of these tools, sound designers can spend

- Make sure you have ReaPack installed in REAPER
- Select Extensions-ReaPack-Import repositories and paste the repo url: https://nvk.tools/index.xml
- Depending on your settings, the scripts may be installed automatically. If not, select Extensions-ReaPack-Browse packages and search for "nvk". Select the scripts and install them with Actions - Install then Apply
- Check that you have the latest versions of SWS/S&M Extension, ReaImgui, and js_ReaScript extensions installed in ReaPack
- Open your actions list and search "nvk" to locate the installed scripts
js_ReaScript API and ReaImgui - Make sure you have the ReaTeam Extensions Repository enabled and install them from ReaPack.
