Third-Party Notices

nvk.tools products include some third-party materials and also interoperate with separately installed third-party products. This page identifies those two categories. The applicable third-party licenses govern the corresponding components and are not replaced by the nvk.tools End-User License Agreement.

Included product contributions and assets​

• nvk_CREATE: includes contributions by Neutronic, used under a separate license from the author.
• nvk_ICONS: includes custom toolbar icons by Øivind Rosvold of Audio Ikons, used with the author's written permission.
• nvk_THEME: was designed by Gwen Terrien (@terromino) and is used under a paid commercial arrangement.
• nvk_SHARED icon font: includes modified Material Design Icons glyphs from Pictogrammers under the Apache License 2.0, and modified Font Awesome Free glyphs imported through Nerd Fonts under CC BY 4.0. The complete attribution and Apache license accompany icons.otf.
• Universal Category System data: nvk_FOLDER_ITEMS and nvk_API include data derived from the official Universal Category System category list, published as public-domain data.

The creator credits above identify contributed product materials. They do not grant a separate right to extract or reuse those materials outside the applicable nvk.tools product.

Included nvk_API components​

The nvk_API native extension includes or is built with the following third-party components:

• Christian Fillion preview and API utility code — copyright Christian Fillion; distributed under the MIT License reproduced with the nvk_API binary.
• SQLite 3.45.0 — public domain; SQLite copyright and public-domain dedication.
• Monocypher 4.0.3 — copyright Loup Vaillant, Michael Savage, Fabio Scotoni, and contributors; dual-licensed under the 2-clause BSD license or CC0.
• WDL and SWELL components — copyright Cockos Incorporated and contributors; distributed under the permissive notices retained in the source files at the pinned WDL revision.
• REAPER SDK — copyright Cockos Incorporated; distributed under the zlib license.
• libpng 1.6.37 — copyright the PNG Reference Library authors; distributed under the libpng license included with the pinned source.
• zlib 1.3.1-WDL — copyright Jean-loup Gailly and Mark Adler; distributed under the zlib license included with the pinned source.

The optional nvk_API CLAP model pack includes:

• ONNX Runtime 1.27.0 — copyright Microsoft Corporation; distributed under the MIT License.
• LAION CLAP HTSAT unfused model assets and configuration — distributed under the Apache License 2.0, with compatible configuration from the Xenova CLAP model repository.

The model pack also installs the upstream license and third-party notice files alongside those components.

Separately installed products​

Depending on the nvk.tools product and feature, users may need to install or license one or more of the following separately:

• REAPER, ReaPack, SWS/S&M, ReaImGui, and js_ReaScriptAPI.
• Soundminer and its REAPER integration.
• Supported Doppler plug-ins from Tonsturm, Waves, INA-GRM, and Sound Particles.

These separately installed products are not included with nvk.tools products unless a product description expressly states otherwise. Their own terms, licenses, and privacy practices apply.
